My story

　　Bear is an 8-month-old male Lab/Mastiff mix who must be neutered before he is adopted.   He was turned in by his owner because Bear's size and activity level was too much for the family's young child.  Bear is chocolate brown with white markings on his paws--he is handsome!  At 65 pounds--he is sturdily built and pure muscle.  Bear is very active and playful.  He would need a patient owner who would be willing to work with Bear to help him get enough exercise to properly channel his energy.  Bear is friendly but due to his size and energy we would suggest he not be in a home with small children.  If you have another dog it would be a good idea to bring your dog for a meet and greet with Bear.  Our staff is working with Bear and would be happy to talk to you about what a great dog he is.  Please call between 11-4 at , Monday-Saturday.Dog/puppy adoption fees are $20.  Cat/kitten adoption fees are $10.  All pets will be spayed/neutered before adoption. Our adoption fees cover a microchip, microchip registration, deworming, vaccinations (as age and law requires), and a courtesy vet exam at participating offices. Unless otherwise indicated under 'special needs' our dogs have screened heart worm negative.  April 7, 2023, 8:54 pm
