　　Tater Tot is a one year old male beagle/terrier mix. He has the classic look of a beagle but has a stubby tail! Tater is sort of shaped like a tater tot -- a little chunky, weighing in at 25 pounds. He has a very handsome tri color smooth coat with some cute spotting. Tater was pulled from our local animal shelter where he had been picked up by Animal Control and then down there for almost two months as no one came to claim him.

　　Tater is a very friendly, easy going dog. He would love to have some kids to play and run around with. He is still young so he will need some exercising to get some of his energy out. Tater will require a fenced in yard because beagles have the tendency to roam away from home. He may do okay in an apartments, would have to test this to see if he howls any when left alone or not.

　　Tater is good with other dogs, we don't know about cats. We are working on his crate training. Tater is up to date on his vet care, neutered and is heartworm negative. He is on heartworm and flea/tick prevention. Looking for a wonderful family pet? Tater is the one for you then!!
