Beagle - Franklin - Medium - Adult - Male - Dog
Franklin
Meet Franklin - he's a Bagel. In case you don't know, a Bagel is a cross between a Beagle and a Bassett and Franklin has the best from both breeds. He is very mellow and a lover but will warn you with a bark if a strange is near your house. He really good with children and prefers to be an only dog. He is well leash trained, knows how to use a dog door, and like all beagles, loves to follow his nose and sniff his environment. He also is very food motivated which makes him very easy to train, but also tends to put on the pounds if you are not careful. Currently Franklin is over weight and needs a family who will work with him to get him down to a healthy physique. Franklin loves to be next to you inside or out and did we mention that he is a real lover. If you would like to meet Franklin give the folks at Souther Arizona Beagle Rescue a call.
The Southern Arizona Beagle Rescue group is extending their March Madness Sale on dogs over eight years of age from now until the end of May for only $50. SoAZBR is an all-volunteer group. One hundred percent of your donation is used for the care and treatment needy beagles. Your donation is 100 percent tax deductible, too.
Or, mail a tax-deductible sponsorship - in any amount - to:
SoAZBR, P.O. Box 43715, Tucson, AZ 85733.
Caring for homeless beagles is costly and every little bit helps! Be sure to specify which deserving beagle(s) you're sponsoring.
