Basset Hound - Babe - Medium - Young - Female - Dog

　　Hello, my name was Baby when I came to the Ark, but they shortened it to Babe. My family could no longer care for me. That is why I am at the Ark. I am one of the sweetest Bassett Hound dogs you will ever want to meet. I was born September 2011. I just had my very first birthday. My coat is not colored like most Basset Hounds. My coat is golden in color, and it has a touch of white on my chest. I am sorry to lose my family, but I know they love me. I was sorry they could no longer care for me, but I do understand. I know the Ark will do every thing they can to find me a loving home. I would like to have a fenced yard so I could run and play without you being concerned about where I am. A fence is always good to have for your dog. Do you think you could provide me with a loving home with a fenced yard? When you come to the Ark, ask to see the Babe. That?s me.
