My story

　　Meow! My name is Basil! I am so very lucky to be in the cat room at the shelter! Me and the rest of my littermates were brought to the shelter by a kind homeowner. A cat had kittens at their house so they helped care for us until we were old enough to go up for adoption. At the shelter I got all of my vaccinations for my age, I got a microchip, and I was neutered. I am about two months old so I am still a very small and young kitten. If you adopt me, please be gentle with me! I need loving hands to hold me and love on me while I am small. Play gently with me so I will learn the right way to interact with people!
