My story

　　This cat is recommended as a Barn Cat because s/he has shown inconsistent litter box use.

　　The previous home may have reported misuse of the litterbox and/or this behavior may have been observed at LHS.

　　Because we cannot assure that s/he will use the litterbox in a home environment, we believe that a barn or other protected outbuilding may be best.

　　S/he generally enjoys time with people and would likely make an affectionate companion.

　　A five-week acclimation period is recommended to keep the cat safe in learning to remain in its new environment. Having another cat for companionship during and after this acclimation process may be helpful and we recommend adopting another cat.
