I purchased this guitar a couple of months ago for my kid to discover how to play. He used it possibly 5 times at the most. It has no scratches, damages or any imperfections. Paid $400 plus tax from guitar center plus the 2 year service plan. I'm not sure if the service strategy is transferable. It is a great quality guitar and has high ratings and sounds terrific. I am company on the price and no trades.
