　　Meet Bambee!Looking for a kooky personality, kisses and a dog who loves belly rubs?

　　Then Bambee is your girl!!

　　This little lovebug with sunshine to spare, is almost a one year old mix of Yorkie, Terrier, Shih Tzu and who knows what else who did not have the best start in life but has made up for it now!Bambee came into rescue a few months ago with her sister (who has been adopted) after living most of her first 7 months outside.

　　She never saw anyone but the two women who owned her.

　　They had the Mom but did not know who the Dad was.

　　They ultimately decided that Bambee and her sister were too much trouble and gave them away in a parking lot.

　　They had never had any vaccines, deworming or vet visits.

　　Bambee is in a private foster home with large dogs and small as well as cats.

　　She absolutely loves cats and thinks her best friend is an orange tabby named Kash!

　　She also loves to play with toys and will happily prance around with one of her stuffed animals to show you how much fun it is and then trot off to show someone else!

　　She is very good on a leash, loves to snuggle in bed and is a very good eater.

　　She is shy when she meets new people but warms up quickly, especially with a piece of jerky in hand!

　　She would do great in a home where she would continue to be socialized with others, go on walks and blossom into all she can be.

　　Her coat is slightly wiry but it is soft and long and does not shed much at all.

　　She weighs about 11-12 pounds, is very athletic and smart!Her adoption fee includes the following:1.

　　Although she is not a little puppy she is still a young dog and will require ongoing training and structure and socialization so that she becomes the best dog ever.2. Please make sure you are ready to adopt before coming to see our adoptable dogs. We are a foster based rescue and do not have the space to hold dogs for a couple of weeks while you vacation or make your way to California to come and adopt. We will adopt out of state but ONLY if the potential adopter comes here to adopt in person and that is after a screening by Skype. WE DO NOT SHIP DOGS EVER so do not ask.3. We are often inundated with emails about our adoptable dogs and try as we might to make everyone happy it is nearly impossible with only one dog and sometimes up to 50 potential families. The more information you provide in your email to us the quicker we will get back to you. If you have written to us before about a particular dog and did not receive a response please do try again. We try to answer every email but it is not always possible. Every dog has different home requirements that we search for so sometimes you are the right fit for the dog we are trying to place. 4.
