** PRICE REDUCED ** MUST SELL this month ** OR wait up until I get back from Arizona at the end of December ... the trip keeps getting moved up!! .
Sherman Clay Baby Grand Piano [by Kimball] was rarely played - perhaps a dozen times throughout the last 20+ years. The last piano tuner that dropped by about 6 months ago kept looking and inspecting it like something was incorrect but that wasn't it. She could not find out how a piano over 20 years old could look much like new on the within. Absolutely nothing is put on or needs replacing at all. I did have to fix the fall board since no one desires a best, nearly brand-new piano with a faulty fallboard. .
Pianos have to be kept in a humidity regulated room or you can anticipate the surface on the piece that covers the secrets to gradually raise and start to warp - that's normal for any piano ... but NOT anymore. There are so numerous thin coats on the fallboard now, it will never, ever warp, lift or different once again.

The price has been minimized from the $3800 initial asking rate to $3200. This piano was made by Kimball who took over Sherman Clay at some point around 1990. The expense for moving a piano is not much different for 10 miles as it is for 60 so the distance does not actually matter much. http://leahdot.com/equip100/Can_I_Pick_up_My_Piano_Myself.html.
We paid $7,500 for it back in 1993 and it's still brand name new where it counts! The Blue Book for Pianos provides the value at $6700 in 1985 and $12,998 in 1995. /ccpatp2.htm.
