My story
Baba was discovered walking down the sidewalk on a rainy and freezing day. She was very hungry and her fur was matted and dirty. Baba meowed and looked at her foster mom with her big bright yellow eye, begging for help. And help is what she got! Thanks to Friends of Rescue, Baba now has a warm room to sleep in, two square meals a day, and gets plenty of pets and scratches. But Baba still needs something very important: a forever home. Please consider adopting this loving girl. She adores people and enjoys warm laps and plenty of naps. She will follow you wherever you go, meow back when you speak to her, and likes to swat at cat toys. She’ll even balance on her back legs and take treats from your hand! Baba thought to be between 10-13 years of age, she is felv/fiv negative, u to date on vaccines, spayed and microchipped. Although she loves humans, she is defensive towards other cats and dogs, so she would prefer to be an only cat with older children who treat her gently. She is fostered in Huntsville, AL.
