　　It takes place in 1988 North Carolina. Throughout the trilogy I reflect on North Carolina 1 history and it's charm. It contains the setting off the Pamlico sound, a prominent dysfunctional family, gems and jewels possibly from Blackbeard's treasures (you'll have to read the series to find out). It is a historical fiction, romance, suspense, mystery with plenty of drama.
