My story
10/24/19 18:27 Aurora was returned again after destroying her owner's new couch. Aurora may break out of non-secure or non-sturdy kennels, and will destroy belongings if left unattended. Aurora likes children but has some herding tendencies so she should be closely supervised with kids and must go to a home with children over 7 years. 08/26/19 Aurora has been through quite a few homes in her short life. Aurora is very high energy and will need an active home who can give her the exercise and aventure she requires. Aurora cannot go to a home with cats or small animals, and she must meet all existing k9 members of her new family. 12/14/18: Aurora was returned after 3 days due to not getting along with the female dog in the home. We are requiring mutual visits with all existing dogs in the household to ensure Aurora is set up for success! Aurora was surrendered to the shelter due to the previous owners unable to keep her. According to the previous owner, Aurora is housebroken, outgoing and friendly, does well with dogs, but has never been around cats. The previous owner also says that Aurora likes children, but due to her lack of manners, she would need a home with children over than 7yrs. It was also stated that Aurora has a small amount of experience mushing/skijoring. Aurora is a very young and active dog that is seeking a fun, adventurous and active new family. She will need more than just a daily walk every day; she craves exercise and loves to be with her people!
