My story

　　Aster is an amazing pup guessed to be an airdale/lab mix! Sweet Aster was adopted from us back in October as a little pup. On Feb 10th, we received a call that he had broken his leg and his owners could not afford his care. On Feb 11th, he was surrendered back to us after suffering with his leg broken in half only being supported by a splint and he was receiving no pain medications because ""he was walking on it just fine."" He had emergency surgery to put a permanent plate in his leg on Feb 13th, and thanks to our AMAZING community we were able to fully fund the surgery. Aster has since then had his bandages and stitches removed and is well on his way to making a full recovery!! He is still activity restricted, which can be very hard for him because he is such a happy go lucky guy, but his foster is doing a fantastic job at keeping him as mellow as possible so he can heal
