Asher 29283's story

　　Asher is a 7-month-old male Lab/Blue Tick Coonhound mix. He came to PAHS as an owner turn in because his owner was moving and could not take Asher with him. This handsome boy is mostly black with tan markings but he also has white markings. Asher currently weigh 30 pounds and we believe he will be a medium sized adult dog. This is a very sweet and friendly dog who gets along well with everyone at the shelter including children and other dogs. Asher is active and playful so he would appreciate a nice fenced yard where he could safely play. His previous owner says Asher is working on his house training and with a patient owner Asher could easily be completely house trained. If you would like to adopt a new family member who will be a loyal and devoted companion Asher would be perfect for you.

　　Dogs and puppies may be adopted for a fee of $120. All cats and kittens may be adopted for $25. Our adoption fees cover a microchip, microchip registration, discounted spay/neuter certificate, deworming, vaccinations (as age and law requires), and a courtesy vet exam at participating offices. Unless otherwise indicated under 'special needs' our dogs have screened heartworm negative.
