Artois's story

　　Artois is a fun loving, young pup who had a rough start to life. She was found as a stray, put into a shelter, adopted out, abused/neglected by that person and then dumped back at the same shelter. Surprisingly, she bonds quickly to people and does well on the leash. She loves playing and being outside! We are not sure yet how she would do with kids or cats.

　　*Artois was rescued on 9/1/18 and needs extra time to decompress. She is showing typical resource defending signs. We are working on giving her time and space to decompress and see that humans mean her no harm. We are also slowly working up to her being around other dogs.
