My story
Meet Arson! This 16mth old boy came to us with a badly damaged eye which was removed during emergency surgery. He is fully recovered and despite whatever happened to him, Arson is a sweetheart! He loves to be cuddled, he loves people, and is very outgoing, gets along well with his 3 "brothers," loves toys, is housebroken, and walks well on a leash. Arson needs a quiet home with a fenced yard, and maybe another dog or two to play with. While Arson likes kids, he does better in a quiet environment. Arson does have separation anxiety in a crate. We are looking for a home that will not crate him and understands his needs. His fosters have worked very hard to help him overcome this. He's been through enough in his short life so no crates. Arson is still a young, energetic dog and like many, he likes to get into things when left alone. A few favorite ways he spends his time when bored and alone are shredding pillows and dragging blankets around. Because he can’t be crated, he’s been trained to wear a basket muzzle while unsupervised in his home. This prevents him from finding destructive pastimes but isn’t restrictive. He’s very tolerant of wearing it. Arson likes other dogs but does not like cats. At all. So he needs a home with NO CATS. Arson is healthy, heartworm negative, current on vaccinations, and neutered. He is located in Las Vegas, NV. His foster is willing to drive a couple of hours in any direction. Arson WILL NOT be placed on transport. So, if you are looking for a handsome, spotted, velcro boy to give all your love and attention to, and you think you might be a good fit, please contact Andy at [email protected] or Tena at [email protected] for more info.
