ARNOLD, The Education of a Bodybuilder by Arnold Schwarzenegger and Douglas Kent Hall is a 256 page hardback, complete with dust cover. The book "shows you the best ways to train and master the art and sport of bodybuilding" along with informs the tale of Arnold's childhood and backgound. There are loads of photos of Arnold through the years, up till 1977 when this was released by Simon and Schuster. The book is in great condition, however there is wear and tear on the dust jacket.
