April's story

　　April is a lovely young beagle, about 2 years old, 21 lbs. She is sweet, loving and affectionate. April is submissive and sweet-natured with new people and takes a little time to get to know them. Once she warms up and gets comfortable, her playfulness comes out, and she is a funny, mischievous girl. April can be picky about her canine companions and needs to be introduced to them slowly. It would be a good idea for her to meet any dogs in the household of a potential adopter. April would do best with an experienced dog owner, and she is probably not suited for young children. April is working on her housetraining and is doing well. She does not try to dig out of or climb a fence. A typical beagle, April is pretty vocal when she's outside on a scent. She's normally quiet inside.
