I am closing my antiques and collectibles business after years of success. I am going back to teaching and moving out of state for work.
My business is currently based out of a booth at the Twin City Antique mall in North Little Rock. Although as much or more of my business has actually been conducted online using Americanlisted, ebay and amazon.
I am selling everything as one lot. With the exception of one item, a small chest thats "for sale" but really priced to high because I want to keep it. I've just kept it at the shop to attract interest.
Also included with the items in my shop are four nice white bookcases, one with a frosted leaf print glass door, and hardware to attach three of them together to work as a corner unit, and a large wooden shelving unit.
Below is a partial list of the contents of my booth and items still in my home inventory.

I currently have my prices set much lower than I would normally because I have been trying to clear inventory before the move. With prices as they are this inventory at my booth will easily sell for greater than $2,500.
With time, I expect that I would have sold this same inventory for close to $4,000.
If you are looking to start your own booth, you can simply buy everything and take over the lease at the Twin City Antique Mall and not even need to move anything! Rent is $170 a month.
The Twin City Antique Mall is located off Rt. 40 in North Little Rock, exit 149, Crystal Hill Rd, right after burns park. It is across the street from the Crystal Hill antique mall.
Please go on out and see first hand the inventory I have for sale, don't forget the jewelry that is kept at the front of the store in the locked glass case.
I am Booth # 29
Hours of operation are 9am - 5:30pm 7 days a week
I am asking $1,800 for everything. I might be willing to negotiate, but not by much. This is a very good deal for anyone in this business or looking to get into this business.
