The finish shows the bronze detail and it has the patent dates on it a basic cleaning should do it. Overall finish shows some use age finish marks and wear. Measurements: 28-1/2" High   22" wide   11" x 3" top mount   16" across wheels Addt'l Info: This is a used/usable Antique Vintage item in as shown/found condition being sold as parts. As with all items of this nature some cleaning / work may be needed. Beyond what is noted there may be additional minor surface flaws.
