Clock came out of the old telegraph office in Nampa, 1940's Hung in Fuller Antique shop Nampa 1940's I have had it ever since.
Electric now but older type of batteries..
It is the casing for a Seth Thomas weight regulator #30 c.1909. The case was also sold to the Self Winding Clock company. It was marketed by them as the regulator #18. It likely dates from the same period. With all of those wires, I think your clock was the #18 self-winding clock. Here is a picture of the #18 and a site which gives the history of the Self Winding Clock Company.
