EXQUISITE UNIQUE ANTIQUE ART CRAFTED WOODEN COAL / ASH SCUTTLE BOX WITH METAL LINED INSERT

　　This is a beautiful antique English coal box hod or scuttle dating from the Victorian era (1865 - 1875).

　　Rolling decorative side panels with brass handle on top. This one has a mirror front which is very rare. (there are no cracks or

　　chips in the mirror).

　　The original metal ash/coal inner metal liner box with the handles is present.

　　This box opens and closes easily and the hinges and handles are tight.

　　There are normal signs of wear and aging, but it is in extremely nice condition for its age.

　　The original shovel that would fit in the back bracket is not present.

　　This piece will add flair and character to the hearth in any home, cabin or lodge!

　　Dimensions: 11 1/2 in. Tall in the back. The sides are 15 in. At tallest point. It is 13 1/2 in. W and 18 1/2 in. Deep.
