I have an antique pedestal barber store sink made in 1936. This is cast iron. It still has the plumbing on it that works. You can select cold or hot into the sink or hot or cold into the upper part where a hose would link for washing hair. The faucet handles turn quickly and are not rusted up. I see this online for $900 but I'm asking $175 or make me an offer. It is not rusty simply dirty/dusty from being in the barn.
