This came from my mother's home in Montgomery County, North Carolina.

　　She was born in 1905, and told me she recognized some materials in the quilt as coming from her own old clothes.

　　The quilter(s) used various stitching styles and materials, including silk and velvet, some embroidery, and handmade leaves and blossoms.

　　Some materials show obvious deterioration with age, but quilt is otherwise in good condition. It measures 90" X 77".
