This is a hand-painted Delft porcelain & brass 8-light chandelier from Holland.

　　Its priced at $75 instead of $300 because one of the plates was broken & glued together; its not that obvious when hanging

　　theres a picture of it. The covers are worn but youll want to install US sized sockets, which is very easy to do if you can use a screwdriver.
