This is a hand-painted Delft porcelain & brass 8-light chandelier from Holland.

　　I'm only asking $75 because one of the plates was broken & glued together; it's not that obvious when hanging -- I took a picture of it. The covers are worn, but you'll need US sockets anyway, or use bulb adapters.
