This Cabinet is finished on all sides, showing attractive raised panels. The solid oak is nicely aged, and shows a drastic grain throughout. The original satin finish pairs nicely with Vintage Library Pieces alike. The single drawer opens and closes as it should and is embellished with an added cast iron pull, and catalog plate. This Cabinet is unmarked or signed.Condition:This File Cabinet was exceptionally well made. Mild surface scratches and finish blemishes are consistent with the cabinets age. The door opens and closes just as it should without any stick. The handle shows tarnishing and patina from age. A series of stains to the finish are shown along the sides. Slight separation along the top raised panel can be seen, this area does not have movement, but is noted.
