From a 100+ years of age Wash Park estate. Up for sale is a beautiful antique 1800s walnut sculpted headboard and footboard with rails that is a double size bed. Both the headboard and footboard consists of a birds eye maple insert. Headboard features 2 removable finials. There is small damage on the base trim of the footboard and a small repair service on the back (see images). In 2002, this bed was evaluated at $350 by Baker Estate Services. For similar beds, eBay sold rates vary from $450 to $650.
