My story
Hey there, I'm Angie. Are you looking for a hiking buddy and a happy camper? I love exploring the outdoors!! My idea of heaven is a day at the river, or out camping in the mountains. I think dog parks are boring and overrated. I may not like other dogs (or cats), but I LOVE people!! I'm chill with all kinds of humans, and I love to hang out with the group.
I've had it rough, but I'm still such a trooper! My humans moved out of our apartment and left me behind when I was full-term pregnant! I was all alone when I gave birth to three puppies without care, food or water. It was days before the local shelter found me and my newborns. By that time, we were all in such bad shape. Sadly, none of my babies survived. I don't let it get me down though, I'm still a great dog and I have such potential in the hands of the right owner!

Thank you so much for looking into wags and whiskers for your next family member.
All of our pets are up to date on vaccinations, microchipped, heartworm tested if over a year old and will be spayed or neutered before being allowed to go home.
Unfortunately, we don't always know the background of each dog. Some were dumped, abandoned in an empty house, left tied to a tree, picked up by animal control as strays, or simply unwanted by their owners. We ask that only serious and committed adopters apply as these dogs have suffered enough.
If you are interested in meeting this pet please apply to adopt at /adopt.html
if the pet is still available for adoption and you are approved to adopt we will contact you.
Calling and checking the status of your application will not increase your chances of adoption
If you have any questions or would like to adopt Angie, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
