My story

　　Angel is an 1-year-old female Pointer mix who has already been spayed. She came to PAHS as a stray; and when her owner never came looking for her she became available for adoption. Angel is a pretty girl whose short coat is white with beautiful black markings. She reminds us of the Chick-fil-A cow! Angel only weighs 29 pounds so she is considered to be a medium sized adult dog. To be honest Angel needs to gain a little weight and we are working on that by making sure she gets plenty to eat. We are still learning about this sweet girl but she does get along well with other dogs and we believe she would be good in a home with older children. Angel was quite shy and scared when she first came to PAHS but every day she is becoming more confident with people being kind to her. Why not come out and meet our Angel? She has so much potential to be a great new friend for some lucky adopter.****Please note that when introducing a new dog into a home with children and other pets adult supervision is strongly recommended until the new dog settles in with the family.****Dogs may be adopted for $120. Cat adoption fees are $50. Our adoption fees cover a microchip, microchip registration, discounted spay/neuter certificate, deworming, vaccinations (as age and law requires), and a courtesy vet exam at participating offices. Unless otherwise indicated under 'special needs' our dogs have screened heartworm negative.
