My story
Meet Amy! She was adopted with her brother, Sheldon, in June, 2020 and is being returned. Her "owner" is moving and tried to put her in a carrier to be boarded at the vet. Amy reacted negatively and is now not welcome back. Amy is bonded to her brother and will run to him if she hears him meowing in another room. She can be friendly and affectionate toward her person and does enjoy scratches under her chin. She will let you know when she has had enough. She enjoys playing with Sheldon, lounging on the cat tree, and taking care of her brother. She does not enjoy being brushed or having her nails clipped. She will be timid when you first meet her, so a patient individual is needed, and one that will allow her the space that she needs to be comfortable and safe. Amy is a large girl
(15 pounds) and could definitely benefit from a healthy diet. If you think that your home would be ideal for these two siblings, please apply to foster or adopt!Interested in adopting?
