My story

　　Amiya came from a hoarding situation in Arkansas to us, who opened up a lot since she arrived. Although she does not yet like to be picked up, Amiya loves to be petted a lot, especially on her chin and she also is crazy about butt scratches. She can be fearful of hands coming towards her face at times, and will swat out of fear, but she is always won over by some tasty treats!

　　Amiya would like a home with people who will give her a chance to adjust on her schedule. She is a sweetie, but had a rough life previously. Amiya would do best in a quieter home without children or kids at least 12 years of age.
