　　Rouge came in on November 3rd 2013. She was found in the same area, and same block that Snowflake was found in North Palm Springs. She, just like Snowflake, is stunted in growth and at 2 years old is the size of a 8 or 9 month old puppy. She weighs 35.4 pounds and is full grown. She is not yet spayed, however is current on her vaccinations as well as microchipped. A - an adoptable dog at Palm Springs!
