American Staffordshire Terrier - Naked Puppy Sugar - Large

　　You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Hi There!! My name is Sugar, nice to meet you! Let me tell you a little about myself. I am a 4.5 month old, female American Staffordshire Terrier mix. I am a solid little package and weigh about 28lbs. Ok, solid might not be the right word, how about pudgy? I have heard the humans here call me Petunia Pig a few times. My litter mates and I had a rough start in life. When we were 8 weeks old, we were taken to the shelter in what I have heard was very bad condition! We had Demodex mange, bactieral infections on our skin, lots of fleas and other yucky things. All of that made our hair fall out, can you believe it? Our shelter photo was very popular on this thing called Facebook and we were nicknamed the Naked Puppies! I am not sure what this Facebook thingy is, but it sure did help. The nice people at Labradors and Friends saw us and gathered a group of foster moms and dads and busted us outta there! We were taken straight to the doctor for treatment. The best news I heard ever is that we would all be just fine after a bit of proper nutrition, medicine and some good baths. We would have no lasting troubles after that. I even have a beautiful tan/gold coat now. Thank goodness because it is getting chilly! So, now I am ready to start looking for my forever home. This family I have been living with ROCKS! Lemme tell you about them. I have 5 giant dogs to play with and 2 kids too! I really enjoy spending my day hanging out with the big dogs. They have been teaching me all the finer things in life. You know, all the cool toys, the softest grass in the yard to roll in, the warmest spot in front of the fireplace and most of all, how to give the cute puppy eyes as I cuddle on the couch with the lady. Since I am the new kid here, I always show respect to the big dogs. My brothers like to wrestle, the grampa dog likes to snuggle and the gramma dog makes sure we all behave. I have some of the best humans ever. I have the lady and the man and two kids to play with. These guys play differently. They call it training and house rules. I dunno what that means, but I get lots of treats. I know how to sit (after lots of butt wiggling), I am potty trained and I know the command go kennel. I sleep in this kennel thing all night with lots of blankets and my squishy toys. Every now and then, the girl gives me a special treat and lets me sleep with her and I get to cozy up under the covers. I just love that! I have been going for long walks to the park and really love that. My life is so awesome, but there is one piece missing. My forever family. Is it you?
