She had him neutered and vacinated, but is now in a position were she can no longer care for this little guy. Bruce is potty trained and gets along well with other dogs. He is young and will still needs to learn basic commands. Bruce is an active pup and should go into a family that can spent time with him and has a yard for him to play in.
