American Empire mahogany and mahogany veneer four poster bed with decorative post and pineapple finials. Guestimate that this piece is early 20th Century (owned by grandparents who purchased it in the 1920's). It is a full size bed and the frame measurements are: 82" wide and 82 1/2"deep/long. The bottom has four slats to hold the mattress in place. A lovely piece but does show some wear that is repairable. $900 or best reasonable offer.
