American Bulldog - Mona - Medium - Adult - Female - Dog

　　MONA is a sweet American Bulldog / Pit Bull Terrier mix and approximately 2 1/2 years old (Oct.. 2010). She was rescued by an ARF volunteer and delivered 10 puppies the day after she was rescued! She's been a great mother and her puppies will be ready for adoption soon! Mona is ready to escape to the good life and we are hoping we can help her find the perfect home!

　　FOSTER MOM REPORTS: Mona is very sweet and tends to be the submissive dog. Although she has a big bark, she wouldn't hurt a flea. She is full of energy and loves to play ball and with her rope (stuffed toys aren't a good idea). She wants lots of hugs and kisses but sometimes doesn't realize how big she is. She still has that playful puppy inside of her. Loves to run. Needs a high energy family who will take the time to teach her lots of tricks but also the rules of the house. She is smart and wants to learn.
