I have a Alienware M11X with broken hinges on the screen . So this means the screen does not stand up by itself and will need something behind it to support it. The computer works fine, turns on, boots ,logs on , you can see everything on the screen fine , you can even play games . The battery and charger are also fine and it can hold a good charge, you can unplug and play without restriction. You can buy another display anywhere online for cheap and replace ( i just saw one for $30)
