My story

　　Meet Alfie! This spunky little boy is STILL looking for his forever home. He is very protective over his person and loves to stay at your feet at all times. He loves to give kisses and cuddles, and like any fluffy dog, being pampered is his favorite past time. Alfie would do best in a single person household or a household that understands his temperament. He does need his personal space at times and when he is unhappy he makes it clear with his warning growls. He gets attached very quickly and would love to go to a home soon!

　　All of our pets are up to date on vaccinations, microchipped, heartworm tested if over 6 months old and will be spayed or neutered before being allowed to go home. 

　　Unfortunately, we don't always know the background of each dog. Some were dumped, abandoned in an empty house, left tied to a tree, picked up by animal control as strays, or simply unwanted by their owners. Please take into consideration that owning a pet is a 10+ year commitment and discuss with all members of your family before submitting an application to adopt. 

　　If you have already filled out an online adoption application with our organization in the last 6 months you do not need to fill out another application. Please call or email us to schedule an appointment.
