Alexis's story

　　Sweet Alexis has been through so much in her short life. We took her in with a mauled leg, possibly by a dog. Her leg could not be saved. It took two surgeries to properly amputate, as Alexis had complications. She is now totally happy and healthy. She loves being petted, and purrs with joy. She loves wrestling and playing with her foster siblings, and as she is a kitten, she must be adopted into a family which already has a cat, or would consider adopting two. Despite being a "tripod", Alexis can run as fast as any kitten. She loves laying in the sun. Alexis can be a bit shy at first (we don't blame her after what she has endured) but warms up after just a bit of time.
