Style of working: I often work in an abstract improvisational style, creating improvisational compositions, that emphasize composition and color. I also work in other styles, that are influenced by Realism, Impressionism and contemporary art. I generally prefer classical, or balanced, compositions, even in abstract work.Equipment: I have a Griffin Lithography press (26 x 48 inches) and and an etching press (24 x48 inches). I have a 12 inch chop saw with an aluminum cutting blade for framing and a Logan Mat cutter so that I can do some framing.Interests and Inspiration: I enjoy outdoor activities, gardening, nature and wildlife. I also like wood working, building and construction projects and seeing and making art.
