It is what I remember, a 5-6 stage process. At each prompt...WAIT... it takes a full minute sometimes to load at each stage of the process. A few people are having trouble with the cam... I guess there comes a time to click on some tabs at the top, after a very blue Panasonic screen... the tabs read : Top, Single, Support and Login... click on ?Single? (see picture) Each step seems to take overly long so be patient! Once your computer gets a picture, you can save to ?favorites? and it will go come up instantaneously.
