　　(Great camper with some issues)

　　The Bad

　　This camper was inspected prior to purchase and a rust issue at the tongue was not discovered. While in tow the tongue broke near the body. Cracked window guard will need to be repaired or replaced. Front stabilizing jacks and some underbelly will need to be repaired as well. Interior linoleum has been removed.

　　The Good

　　Overall this is a solid camper with a very nice exterior. The clear coat is in great condition and has had the vinyl stripes replaced. All of the Zip-Dee awnings are in working order. This camper has (6) 225/75/R15 Maxxis D rated trailer tires that are almost new and are installed on the original aluminum mag wheels. Daewoo refrigerator and a Coleman Mach 15,000 BTU A/C recently installed. Corian countertops in kitchen and bath, 60 x 80 mattress replaced in 2011. New Thetford toilet. (2) fantastic fans, Original Magic Chef 4 burner stove w/ oven, Suburban ducted furnace, Atwood

　　G6A-6E water heater.

　　Will need to be repaired prior to towing or have it towed with a flatbed. We have a local contact for the repair if needed.
