Second Chances Garage is a non-profit organization that helps low income people from Frederick County get and keep reliable transportation. This summer we began offering Reduced Cost Auto Repair: $50 per hour for labor, parts at cost + 20% -- for people on food stamps or housing assistance, or similar services, also for any person or family whose yearly income is less than twice the Federal poverty guidelines. 　　The garage is open on Wednesday afternoons, all day Thursday and Friday at 528 N. Market Street in downtown Frederick.
