We are devastated to have to part with our sweet Liesl (pronounced Lee-zuhl, like in the movie The Sound of Music) and hope one day, when the time is right, we can find a pup equally as good! She is the perfect young dog for a family who wants to by-pass the tedious puppy stage and wants a dog with puppy-like enthusiasm but is well trained! Liesl is trained in English, German and ?sign language? with basic commands: Sit, Stay, Lie down, Come here, Heal, Down, Go out, Go potty, Fetch and Drop, Kennel(go into your kennel) she loves her kennel and never hesitates to go in when asked (she even opens the door with her nose if it is unlocked!).

　　Liesl is a perfect exercise companion for runs, hikes, bike rides and roller blading, she loyally runs alongside without getting underfoot stays at your pace- to the point where she may even wear out her paws, so we have some high quality exercise/hiking shoes for her that we will give you. Liesl loves to play fetch (we will provide balls and a ball launcher.) She is incredibly loyal, doesn?t bolt, comes immediately when called and will stay by your side off- leash (at the beach and dog park she runs back to ?check in? with us every 5 minutes or so!)

　　Liesl LOVES kids and dogs and other animals and is so good with them! She plays without biting (including small children who poke and prod her) and is very patient with small vicious dogs who harass her! She does not prefer to be dominant and responds well to a dominant leader.
