My story

　　All of our dogs are housed in private homes, we do not have a store or a shelter.  We do not show dogs to interested parties until they have an approved adoption application.  If you are interested in adopting one of our dogs, please fill out an adoption application on our website   You may also find us on facebook:  Helping Shepherds of Every Color Rescue.

　　9/11/21 Adler is coming back to rescue because his military family is going overseas and cannot take 3 dogs (they have two others).  Adler is a very sweet boy who May not realize his size.  He loves people and he loves to carry toys around. He has energy but he does settle down.  Adler requests that he be a mostly inside dog and have toys to play with and a comfy bed to lay on.  He would like to hint that an undending supply of milkbones, peanut butter, and plain yogurt would make him very happy.  

　　Adler may be suited for a famlly with older children because he gets excited at first and may bump someone over.  Once he calms down he is good with kids. Adler would not be a good candidate for dog parks, at least not without some serious training because he introduces himself to other dogs very loudly, and the other dogs may not take that well.  He also probably would not be good with cats.  He will benefit greatly from obedience training.
