CD player is fully operational and in good cosmetic condition. A couple small scratches on the top of the faceplate and a ding on the back edge of the case. There is also some light hazing on the case from what appears to be a piece of tape and feet from another device that was stacked on top of this one. It's hard to see normally but the marks are visible in direct light. Please review all pictures for more information! Please note that one of the plastic plugs for the rack mount holes is missing as shown in the pictures. Does not affect performance but I wanted to make buyers aware.

　　Comes with the CD player, remote, two copies of the sales brochure, two audio magazine review sheets, and the original box plus packaging. Owners manual can be found online.

　　Original box will be packed inside a larger shipping box for maximum protection.
