Lovely Miss Abby is about seven years old and a very friendly, happy, pleasantly active girl ready for the good life with you!

　　She's a trim 63 pounds of yellow sunshine and sweetness with a soft short tail that wiggles and wags with happiness.

　　Abby comes to us from a family who is moving and could not take her with them.

　　Abby is house trained and knows some basic commands including shake and is an expert at catching

　　tossed treats! She is a joyful, but polite,

　　greeter and good off leash. Being a very food motivated girl, shes determined to set a world time record for polishing off her dinner!

　　She is an affectionate Lab who is a real people dog and adores your company.

　　Abby gets along OK with some male dogs, but with females she prefers to be the Queen Bee. She makes it clear both need to keep their paws off her food.

　　Since our girl is such a people lover she remarked: Id really rather be with you and would be perfectly happy with a family of just peeps to love.

　　Besides being with you, faves include playing some ball and chewing on it like a big wad of bubble gum, swimming and daily walks. Like many mature Labs, Abby has some arthritis in her hips and takes a medication and joint supplement to keep her comfortable. A forever home with fewer stairs would be best, as well as a family who will keep her weight trim and enjoys moderate exercise with their Lab.
