My story

　　Abbie is 5-6 year old Chinese Crested.Abbie was brought to Brighter Days with her two puppies and her sister Spaghetti. She was from a hoarding case in Texas where the police found over 27 dogs living in deplorable conditions, and unfortunately some deceased animals on the property. We feel so lucky to be able to help this family and give them a second shot at having a good life with lots of love and happiness.Abbie has been such a great mom to her two puppies and is now ready to find her very own forever family. She is incredibly snuggly and loving with her foster family. Despite what humans have done to her she still has a longing to be loved and has so much love to give. It does take her a little time to warm up to strangers, but once she does she is your best friend. Abbie is in a foster home with 3 other dogs and was found living with 27 other dogs. She does get along with other dogs and even loves to play with them, but sometimes gets stressed around them. We believe she would do best as an only dog, or a super low-key dog. She just really needs a mellow, low key home and family where she can get all the kisses and snuggles she deserves, and not get overwhelmed as she learns how great life can be. She is already doggy door trained and doing great with potty training. She is learning how fun toys can be and loves playing with them.
