172M Skyhawk with an overhauled 160HP RAM engine and tuned exhaust. Replace engine with an overhauled 160HP RAM engine with an STC modification and a tuned exhaust (I was told this added about horse power). We have 2 airplanes and must sell one. Has beautiful paint scheme with aluminum propeller -- nice looking airplane and very easy to fly. Uses about seven gals per hour at 110 Knots. Just over 4800 hours on airframe. No major or minor damage history -- all ADs in compliance. Annual done in July 2009. All log books. Well maintained and always stored in hanger. Has White/Black/Gray paint scheme (rated 10) and interior is about about 7. Has new carpet. New RAM 160HP engine with just over 110 hours. Old engine is available with purchase of aircraft which had about 1200 hours on it. All new tuned exhaust system. New ignition wires and rebuilt mags. Aluminum propeller was inspected when engine was replaced. Was not adjusted to match the engine power so aircraft wants to climb fast. Also seems to fly faster than with older engine. ALCOR cylinder head temp gauge, exhaust gas temp gauge nose wheel upgrade, 8406R oil cooler, oil filter, PITO-STATIC sw on panel. Altmeter 5934P-3, attitude indicator, PA1700-14 vertical compass, RC Allenm RCA 11D-7 DG with bug, ELT AK450, ELT panel mounted switch, encoder , Garmin 396 panel mounted GPS, MX-170C NAV COMM radio, transponder KT76, Val audio panel AP-100, VAL Com 760 radio Inertal navigation system VAL INS 422 (digital VOR, ILS, NPA), VOR indicator KI-203 and avionics master switch. Looks sharp. Wheel covers are in painted and in terrific shape. New carpet. Interior is black. Seats are in great shape, but not recoverd. Head liner is in attractive shape. Some original interior plastic parts needs to be replaced. Annual done July, 2009.Listing originally posted at http
